Charles Lazarus has given masterclasses in every US State, and throughout Europe, Asia, South America, and South Africa.

Minnesota Orchestra trumpeter Charles Lazarus has been on the adjunct faculties of Princeton, St Olaf College, and University or Minnesota and taught classes at top universities and conservatories including Juilliard, Yale, Manhattan School of Music, Eastman, Indiana University, and Music Academy of the West.

Charles’ classes cover topics ranging from fundamentals, how to practice, time management, and stage fright to entrepreneurship and careers in music. The core goal of these classes is to communicate practical tips grounded in the value of music in our society as it relates to learning skills of listening, teamwork, leadership, and a sense of community. Charles can coach any ensemble or instrumentalist and all classes include a performance with play-along tracks.
